How do I open an account?
Click Open Account, complete the registration form in the client portal and verify your identity. Once approved, your MetaTrader 5 login details are available in the portal.
Which trading platform do you use?
We offer MetaTrader 5 for Windows, Android and iOS, plus a browser-based WebTrader. One trading account works on all of them.
Where do I find my MT5 login and server?
Sign in to the client portal. Your trading account number and server name are listed there.
How do I deposit and withdraw?
Funding and withdrawals are handled in the client portal. The available methods are shown there when you are logged in.
Which markets can I trade?
Forex, metals, commodities, indices, crypto and shares, all as contracts for difference (CFDs).
What is a CFD?
A contract for difference lets you speculate on the price movement of an asset without owning it. You can profit or lose depending on whether the market moves in your favour.
What is leverage?
Leverage lets you control a larger position with a smaller amount of capital. It can increase profits, but it also increases losses and can lead to losing more than your initial deposit in some cases. Use it carefully.
Can I trade automated strategies?
Yes. MetaTrader 5 supports Expert Advisors and algorithmic trading on the desktop platform.
