These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the MajestyFx website, client portal and trading services (together, the Services). By opening an account or using the Services you agree to these terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be of legal age in your country of residence and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must provide accurate, complete and current information and keep it up to date.
3. Account opening and verification
We may ask for documents to verify your identity, address and source of funds. We may refuse, suspend or close an account where verification is incomplete or where required by law.
4. Trading
Trades are executed on the MetaTrader 5 platform. You are responsible for all activity on your account, including orders placed by automated strategies. Prices shown on the website are indicative only.
5. Deposits and withdrawals
Deposits and withdrawals are made through the methods offered in the client portal. Withdrawals are normally returned to the original funding source. Third-party payments are not accepted.
6. Fees
Trading costs, such as spreads, commissions and swaps, are shown on the trading platform. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your trading.
7. Security
Keep your login credentials confidential. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity carried out with your credentials.
8. Prohibited conduct
You must not abuse the platform, exploit pricing errors, use the Services for unlawful purposes, or open accounts to evade restrictions.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from market movements, platform or network interruptions outside our control, or your reliance on general information provided on our website.
10. Changes and termination
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept them. Either party may end the relationship by giving notice, subject to closing open positions and settling outstanding balances.
